At Evolved Contact, we run smart, high-quality outbound calling and engagement campaigns for some of Australia’s most recognised brands and we’re looking for sharp communicators to join us as contractors.

The Opportunity

You’ll be making outbound calls to targeted businesses to introduce our clients and book introductory meetings. No hard selling, no high-pressure tactics. Just clear, confident conversations that open doors.

You’ll work across multiple clients and campaigns, so the role stays interesting, and you’ll always know the ‘why’ behind what you’re doing.

We’ll Provide:

• Paid training and team support to get you confident
• Clear call guides and campaign briefs
• Flexibility in your day while working from home/remotely
• Ongoing support (without micromanagement)
• Start on $40 an hour rates with opportunity for performance bonuses 

You’ll Bring:

• A clear phone manner, natural confidence and problem solving abilities
• Motivation to learn and take ownership
• Ability to manage your own time
• ABN and a home setup (laptop, headset, strong internet)

Previous sales and outbound calling experience is an advantage, but if you’ve got drive and the right attitude, we’ve got the rest covered.
