Our client is an international B2B services organisation, seeking a Marketing Analytics & Attribution Lead to be the strategic voice guiding marketing performance insights. You will transform fragmented data from legacy systems and multiple acquisitions into a unified, actionable analytics framework that drives priorities: scaling demand generation, acquiring new customers, expanding cross-sell opportunities, and targeting high-growth opportunities.
Base salary c.60k EUR (or equivalent in local currency) + benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish Measurement Infrastructure: Implement and maintain tracking across websites, landing pages, and marketing touch points..
- Build & Optimise Attribution Models**:** Design multi-touch attribution models that measure marketing contribution across the customer journey; Establish attribution methodologies for both new customer acquisition and existing customer expansion.
- Lead Marketing Analytics & Performance Measurement**:** Own analytics strategy for demand generation, paid media, content, and digital campaigns; Conduct analyses to uncover insights about audience behaviour, conversions, and channel effectiveness.
- Data Visualisation & Reporting**:** Collaborate with teams to build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs aligned with business objectives; Create compelling visualisations and analyses that tell clear stories;
- Strategic Enablement**:** Partner with Marketing leadership to set goals, define success metrics, and align on measurement approaches; Collaborate with RevOps on closed-loop reporting between marketing and revenue.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 7+ years of digital marketing analytics and attribution experience, preferably in B2B
- 5+ years hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4 required) and tag management systems
- 3+ years tracking paid search (Google Ads, Bing) and paid social advertising
- 2+ years analysing web, CRM, and marketing automation data
- 2+ years building dashboards and visualisations
- Strong understanding of marketing mix modelling and statistical analysis techniques, including customer segmentation and cohort analysis
- Understanding of global privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on tracking
- Excel proficiency for ad-hoc analysis and modelling
- Knowledge of fundamentals for marketing data integration, ETL processes, and data warehousing platforms
- Talent for storytelling with data – making numbers meaningful and memorable to influence decisions
- Strong English language communication skills with ability to influence without authority
- Prefer experience with predictive analytics or machine learning applications in marketing
- Prefer experience with managing post-acquisition analytics consolidation
This is a full-time permanent role. Candidates MUST be based in Europe and not require visa sponsorship.
