Role Description
As Esper's Digital Marketer, you will be the driving force behind our online presence and brand story. This role spans the full digital marketing lifecycle — from campaign planning and content creation to analytics and brand stewardship — and sits at the intersection of creative and commercial. You will work closely with both the Creative and Sales teams to translate a complex, technical product into compelling narratives that resonate with our customers across agriculture, mining, and environmental sectors.
This is a unique opportunity to build and shape the digital identity of a deep-tech company with hardware in orbit. Your work will directly influence how the world understands and engages with Esper.
QualificationsRequired
• Strong command of the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Demonstrated experience in brand development and management.
• Proven ability to balance creative innovation with strict adherence to brand guidelines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and commercial teams.
Desirable
• Experience in motion graphics or advanced video editing beyond basic proficiency.
- A background in marketing within the space, deep-tech, or geospatial industry is advantageous but not essential
Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management
Design, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and paid advertising channels (SEM). Continuously optimise ad spend and messaging for maximum ROI.
SEO / SEM
Optimise website content and structure to improve organic search rankings. Develop and manage keyword strategies that drive qualified traffic and generate leads within Esper's core verticals.
Analytics & Reporting
Use tools such as Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance, track key KPIs, and translate data into actionable insights that improve outcomes over time.
Content Strategy
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for social media, blogs, and the company website. Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and campaign objectives — making technical subject matter accessible and compelling.
Customer Engagement
Manage online communities, respond to audience inquiries, and actively build and maintain brand presence across digital channels.
Email Marketing
Design and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture leads, drive conversions, and improve customer retention across Esper's key market segments.
Web Management
Maintain and develop the company website using Framer, ensuring an up-to-date, on-brand, and high-performing digital presence.
Brand Collaboration
Work closely with the Creative and Sales teams to align messaging and campaign execution. Act as a bridge between creative vision and commercial objectives, supporting the ongoing development of Esper's brand identity.
Brand Governance
Ensure all marketing outputs strictly adhere to established brand guidelines. Collaborate with the Head of Creative to maintain visual and narrative consistency across all channels, including conducting monthly audits of visual content for messaging and consistency.
