Job Summary:
The Brand Marketing Director will be a strategic and creative leader responsible for shaping and implementing the brand’s vision across all touchpoints with the market, prospects, investors, employees and more. This role demands a versatile professional with deep expertise in corporate communications, PR, visual storytelling, content creation, and customer & employee engagement. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with exceptional design sensibility, stellar writing skills, and a proven track record of managing complex brand projects and vendor relationships in the luxury travel, hospitality or real estate sectors or in the broader financial services industry.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that reinforce our positioning as an industry leader.
- Work with the COO and leadership team to lead quarterly and annual strategic planning efforts relevant to continuously improving our brand positioning.
- Lead internal corporate communications efforts and external PR campaigns to enhance brand reputation, engagement and facilitate high-profile media relations.
- Oversee and direct visual content creation, including photography, videography, and graphic design, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics.
- Design, execute and manage innovative customer/investor and vendor loyalty programs and engagement initiatives that deepen client relationships.
- Develop employee engagement strategies and campaigns to promote brand ambassadors within the organization.
- Oversee event planning efforts working with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and identity across all platforms and touchpoints.
- Employ design thinking to develop compelling marketing campaigns, collateral and brand experiences.
- Craft and refine high-quality written content, including press releases, thought leadership, blogs, brand stories, and corporate narratives.
- Build, manage, and evaluate vendor partnerships—such as creative agencies, photographers, videographers, and PR firms—ensuring high performance, quality, and value.
- Demonstrate strong vendor performance management skills by setting clear expectations, monitoring deliverables, providing constructive feedback, and fostering long-term strategic relationships.
- Lead, motivate, and collaborate with EE marketing colleagues and direct reports as well as external partners, while actively participating in the execution of key initiatives.
- Manage stakeholder relationships with senior leadership, partners, and internal departments to drive brand alignment and support business objectives.
- Serve as an active an engaged member of the extended leadership team.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations in luxury travel, hospitality, and vacation real estate.
Experience & Other Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in progressive marketing roles.
- Relevant experience corporate communications, design, or other related elements
- Excellent writing & editing skills
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Outlook, Canva, CRM solutions, Wordpress, Adobe Creative Suite (or similar) and social media marketing tools.
- Active user of AI tools to create operating leverage, scale and efficiency in the marketing process.
- Hands-on, engaging people manager – eager to develop and nurture direct reports.
- Excellent communicator & collaborator, able to manage-up effectively, engage across teams and vendors, break down silos and work cohesively to achieve outcomes.
- Strong project management skills with outstanding attention to detail.
- Consistently shows up as a learner, constantly seeking ways to hone their skills
- This position will work remotely and collaborate using tools like Zoom and Microsoft Teams.

- Compensation package commensurate with experience and proven track record.
- Salary range is $110,000 to $125,000 salary, plus discretionary annual bonus eligibility
