We’re one of the UK’s leading delivered wholesalers for innovative, better-for-you snacks. Supplying 120 challenger brands and over 1 000 SKUs to convenience, forecourt, vending, and foodservice customers, we help emerging trends go mainstream.
The opportunity
This is a newly created role with real autonomy and career potential. You’ll take ownership of the London & South East territory — a fast-growth region with strong existing customers and huge new-business potential. Supported by an internal sales co-ordinator, you'll focus on building new accounts, growing existing ones, and activating key national promotions in the field.
What success looks like
We’ll set ambitious but achievable targets, such as:
- Winning new strategic accounts
- Growing revenue within existing customers (YoY uplift)
- Expanding average SKU range per customer
- Achieving full regional activation of national customer sites
- Keeping CRM and pipeline data accurate and up to date (daily)
Your day-to-day
- Prospect and pitch challenger brands to convenience, forecourt, vending, and food-to-go customers
- Grow existing relationships: upsell NPDs, expand ranges, and improve in-store execution
- Activate national account promotions and brand campaigns in your territory
- Share territory insights with Buying and Marketing to influence brand decisions
- Collaborate with your internal sales support team and HQ stakeholders
You’ll bring
- 2+ years’ field sales experience in FMCG (ideally food & drink)
- A track record of winning and growing customer accounts
- Understanding of convenience retail, vending, food-to-go, or forecourt channels
- High energy and self-motivation, with excellent pitching and relationship skills
- Strong CRM and pipeline-management habits
- A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel throughout the region
- Availability to attend 1–2 head office meetings per quarter (travel paid)
Nice to have
- Experience in wholesale, vending, or national account activation
- A passion for challenger brands and healthier snacking categories

- £35–£40k base salary + up to 10% bonus (OTE £38.5k–£44k)

- Paid travel to HQ (North East) quarterly
