WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We welcome applications from professionals with backgrounds in event management, corporate events, digital event production, conference coordination, or experiential marketing. Candidates with experience managing both in-person and virtual events are highly valued.

This is not an entry-level role. A minimum of five years of relevant experience is required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events—both virtual and in-person
• Manage event logistics, and timelines
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and leadership teams to maximize impact
• Engage and manage stakeholders
• Monitor event performance metrics and post-event analysis

A confident communicator and organized project leader

Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment

Experienced in digital tools for event management and participant engagement
