This role As our Sales Development Manager, you’ll lead a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives responsible for driving top-of-funnel growth across multiple regions. You’ll coach, develop, and scale a team that’s the lifeblood of our pipeline — energising them to deliver quality conversations, qualified leads, and consistent revenue impact. This role is part-coach, part-strategist, and part-technologist. You’ll bring a data-driven mindset, a love of experimentation, and the ability to drive performance through clarity, systems, and culture. What You’ll Do

  • Lead and develop a global team of SDRs to achieve and exceed monthly pipeline generation targets
  • Coach and mentor SDRs through regular 1:1s, call reviews, and skill-building sessions focused on consultative selling, storytelling, and objection handling
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales Leadership to refine lead qualification criteria, optimise inbound/outbound motion, and improve conversion rates
  • Own performance metrics across activity, conversion, and quality — using data from HubSpot, Outreach, and Pigment to drive insights and accountability
  • Implement scalable systems that enhance productivity — AI-driven tools, sequencing, playbooks, and automations that free your team to focus on value
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain top SDR talent — embedding the EH Way and fostering a culture of curiosity, ownership, and performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Enablement, and RevOps to ensure consistent messaging and world-class prospect experience
  • Champion experimentation — testing new outreach methods, channels, and AI-powered tools to stay ahead of industry trends

You’re an energetic, metrics-driven leader who thrives on developing people and building scalable systems. You know how to balance empathy with accountability, and you’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves to coach calls or tweak workflows when needed. You’ll bring:

  • 3–5+ years of experience leading SDR or BDR teams in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • A proven record of hitting or exceeding pipeline generation goals
  • Strong experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Relevance AI, etc.)
  • Comfort using data to diagnose performance and drive coaching
  • A passion for experimentation, AI-first sales enablement, and automation
  • Strong collaboration skills — able to partner across GTM, Marketing, and Enablement
  • Excellent communication and leadership presence across remote teams
