About Edensign
Edensign is an AI-powered virtual staging and decluttering platform used by real estate agents, photographers, and brokerages to turn empty or cluttered rooms into polished, listing-ready visuals in seconds. We’re entering a fast growth phase and looking for a Marketing/Growth Lead to build and scale our entire demand engine.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to own end-to-end growth strategy in an early-stage PropTech AI company and have experience in real estate marketing.
What You’ll Own
- Develop and execute Edensign’s overall growth strategy across acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Build a multi-channel pipeline: performance marketing, partnerships, lifecycle, SEO/content, and real estate-specific channels.
- Craft clear positioning and messaging for agents, photographers, and brokerages.
- Lead experimentation: landing pages, pricing, onboarding flows, paid ads, and product-led growth loops.
- Own core metrics including CAC, activation rate, ROAS, and retention.
- Work directly with founders to define GTM priorities and long-term roadmap
What We’re Looking For
- 3–7+ years in Growth, Marketing, or GTM roles, ideally in SaaS or PropTech.
- Strong understanding of real estate workflows (agent funnel, listing lifecycle, MLS ecosystem).
- Proven experience developing multi-channel growth systems, not just running ads.
- Strong analytical mindset — you make decisions based on data, experiments, and speed of iteration.
- Comfortable owning strategy and execution in a fast-moving startup environment.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in PropTech, AI tools, or early-stage startups.
- Exposure to B2B2C, bottoms-up SaaS, or creator/content-driven acquisition.

- Strong activation funnel; improved onboarding and retention.
- Clear brand positioning adopted across website,and partner channels.
- Early partnerships with real estate groups, photographers, or brokerages delivering consistent pipeline.
