We are looking for a highly organized and self-driven Creator Coordinator & Outreach Manager to join our team. You’ll own the end-to-end coordination of creator partnerships—from identifying top talent and negotiating terms, to tracking campaign performance and optimizing outreach workflows.
This role operates at the intersection of influencer strategy, content promotion, data analysis, and creator community engagement. If you’re passionate about building relationships, scaling systems, and creating meaningful impact through creator-led marketing, this role is for you.
Role Description:
This is a full-time remote position responsible for leading the planning and execution of creator campaigns, managing influencer communications, and ensuring brand alignment across all touchpoints.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Coordinating with content creators and affiliate partners
- Managing outreach efforts (both manual and automated)
- Maintaining strong communication with stakeholders
- Driving community engagement and campaign amplification
- Supporting logistics, creator onboarding, and performance tracking
Responsibilities:1. Strategy & Campaign Management
- Design and execute influencer/creator campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Define KPIs, build outreach funnels, and integrate creator content into larger marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on platform trends (e.g. TikTok features, affiliate program updates, hashtag formats) to inform outreach and creative decisions.
2. Creator Sourcing & Outreach
- Source and evaluate creators using Reacher (automation) and manual outreach (Instagram, TikTok, email, WhatsApp).
- Approve affiliate sample requests based on creator fit, audience, content quality, and performance potential.
3. Relationship Building & Negotiation
- Initiate contact and build relationships with creators, focusing on those with proven results.
- Negotiate deals, ensure clarity of deliverables, and onboard high-potential creators through intro calls and WhatsApp engagement.
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance using Kalodata and internal sheets; update creator stats and reports regularly.
- Deliver campaign insights, ROI analysis, and optimization suggestions to internal teams.
5. Content Management & Amplification
- Repost high-performing content across brand-owned social pages.
- Publish daily TikTok videos from our internal video library.
- Coordinate with marketing and paid media teams to amplify creator assets.
6. Admin & Operations Support
- Manage backend logistics for creators: product shipping, payments, affiliate tracking.
- Keep WhatsApp groups active and responsive, helping creators with questions, content reminders, and updates.
Experience & Skills:
- 1–5 years in creator/influencer marketing, social media coordination, or partnerships management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience negotiating with creators
- Strong organization and project management skills, especially across multiple channels and threads
- Proficiency with tools such as: Reacher, TikTok Creator Marketplace, Kalodata, Brandwatch, Google Sheets
- Understanding of FTC compliance and sponsored content guidelines
- Passion for TikTok, UGC, and the creator economy; plugged into trends and platform culture
