Ecommerce Content Strategist — Performance Creative & Brand Growth Partner
Location: Gold Coast (Remote)
Type: Full-Time
Salary: $80,000 – $110,000 + Performance Bonus
Reports to: Scaling Director
We’re Not Hiring a Content Marketer.
We’re hiring a Performance Creative Strategist — someone who knows how to make content convert and turn ideas into momentum for D2C brand founders at scale.

The Ecommerce Content Strategist is a key player in making that happen.
You’ll help early-stage founders craft creative that actually works — guiding them to launch with conviction, scale with clarity, and build a brand that sells, not just looks pretty.
This isn’t a “brand” seat.
It’s a performance seat — built for someone obsessed with conversions, storytelling, and helping real people win and seeing/hearing the impact of the work you have done, changing peoples lives.
Yes - the ROAS is sick, and you'll see brands explode with the work that you have done. But more importantly - you will enable a family to spend more time with their kids, you will enable. anew founder to hire their mum or dad, pay off their mortgage early. Once you see the tangible impact your work creates - you will never look at creatives the same again, you'll be obsessed with scaling this level of impact.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Running weekly group coaching calls and 1:1 sessions with founders — guiding them on creative strategy, messaging, and go-to-market execution.
- Helping clients develop and launch high-converting creative systems — not just pretty branding.
- Reviewing and advising on static and video content (5+ of each per brand launch), ensuring each angle is designed to convert.
- Turning creative performance data into actionable feedback and strategy loops with our internal marketing team.
- Collaborating with Level 3 Account Managers and media buyers to identify what’s working and where creative needs to improve.
- Creating Loom video breakdowns and frameworks that simplify complex creative strategy into easy steps founders can follow.
- Driving accountability — making sure founders execute, iterate, and push creative live.
