About the Role
The Director of Marketing is responsible for owning E2M’s overall marketing strategy, demand generation, and marketing-led revenue growth. This role focuses on generating qualified inbound demand, improving conversion across the funnel, and supporting sales with a consistent, high-quality pipeline. The Director of Marketing will lead multiple growth channels, ensure strong alignment with sales, and build a scalable marketing engine that drives predictable revenue.
Responsibilities
- Own E2M’s end-to-end marketing strategy with a strong focus on inbound demand and revenue generation.
- Drive marketing-led growth to deliver $2M in new, cash-collected revenue from new clients.
- Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel growth programs across: SEO, PPC / Paid Media, Marketing automation & CRM, Partnerships, community, and events.
- Ensure a consistent flow of qualified inbound leads and improve conversion from consultation to client.
- Work closely with Sales to align messaging, lead qualification, and conversion strategy.
- Track, analyse, and report marketing performance using clear KPIs and dashboards.
- Identify new growth opportunities through testing, experimentation, and data analysis.
- Represent E2M at industry events to strengthen brand visibility and partnerships.
- Build, mentor, and manage the marketing and growth team.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in growth marketing, inbound marketing, or demand generation.
- Hands-on experience managing multiple marketing channels (SEO, PPC, partnerships, events).
- Experience working with marketing automation and CRM tools (GoHighLevel or similar).
- Strong understanding of funnels, conversion optimisation, and analytics.
- Ability to connect marketing performance directly to revenue and ROI.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership, team management, and hiring experience.
- Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in agency, SaaS, or B2B services environments is preferred.
