App (Inc ASO) B2c - Demand Gen, brand development, Creative, Scoial media and all B2c

UNICORN role / career move for the ages!

£40,000 - £55,000 (Doe) plus 5% bonus and a ridiculously good team, culture, and opportunity!

Remote working – we would love you to live in the Northwest or West Yorkshire.

This is a B2c specialist marketing role in tech/Saas with a growing SME

Incredible opportunity but you will need a minimim of 3 years B2c marketing expeirnece

A bonus would be APP STORE OPTIMISATION (ASO) But you will have worked in Tech with a B2c company that has an App.

We want a buzzing, dynamic B2c marketing manager passionate about Tech, apps and being a disruptor! You must have experience in tech/saas with an App :o)

over 10 years of growth, this agile, entrepreneurial, fast paced SaaS business is ready to EXPLODE!

strategy, engagement, retention, user acquisition - b2c marketing ninja!

Meet up with wider marketing team once a month (on average) – planning session, dinner, drinks – all expenses paid

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution:

● Develop and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media (paid and organic), search (SEO/SEM), email marketing, and content marketing.

● Utilize data and analytics to optimize campaigns, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on ROI.

● Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize reach and conversion.

Ideally you will have worked as a stand-alone marketer or be part of a small business

B2C marketing ninja experience

Ideally, they don’t want to be from an Ecommerce background.

MORE ROLE INFO:Go-to-Market & App Launch:

● Lead the development and execution of the ConneX app's go-to-market strategy, from pre-launch buzz to post-launch growth. ●

Create compelling messaging and a unique value proposition for the target B2C audience.

● Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to ensure a seamless user experience and align marketing efforts with product features. User Acquisition & Retention:

● Identify and target key user segments and develop tailored marketing funnels to drive user sign-ups and downloads.

● Implement strategies to increase user engagement and reduce churn.

● Develop and manage ASO (App Store Optimization) to improve app visibility and conversion rates on Google Play and the Apple App Store. Brand Building:

● Establish and grow the ConneX brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.

● Manage community engagement and influencer marketing to build a strong, loyal user base.
