What You’ll Do

  • Film, edit, and post original content for TikTok and Instagram.
  • Create short-form video that feels channel-native. Not like ads.
  • Write clean captions. Get your point across without sounding like a brochure.
  • React in real-time. Jump on the right moments, trends, sounds, and shifts.
  • Respond to comments and DMs with a voice that sounds human. Don’t be a bot.
  • Keep things organized. Own content planning, drafts, scheduling, the whole flow.
  • Watch what’s working and what’s not. Adjust without needing your hand held.

What We’re Looking For

**

  • You’re on TikTok and Instagram every day. You don’t just scroll, you think.
  • You’re comfortable behind the camera. You can direct content that looks good fast.
  • You’ve got editing skills. CapCut, Premiere Rush, whatever. Just make it clean.
  • You get the difference between trying to “go viral” and making stuff people actually like.
  • You can shift gears quickly. Some days are laid back. Some days we move fast.
  • You’ve got an eye for style and a brain for storytelling. Even in 15 seconds.
  • You have a proven track record of building engagement and growing a social presence. You can own everything from strategy to execution.
  • You know how to read performance data and use insights to guide content choices.
  • You’re familiar with Clipping. You can turn content from our brand partners into standout social assets.
  • You’re resourceful with raw footage. You can find creative ways to reuse, remix, and reframe content across platforms.

Bonus if you:

  • Have worked with a brand in wellness, skincare, or gaming.
  • Know how to shoot clean product content without needing a full studio.
  • Are plugged into gaming, athletics, fashion, or board sports.
  • Have personal content or past brand work you’re proud of. Send it over.

Base Salary Range (Full-Time, W-2):

Entry-level (0–2 years texperience):

$60,000 – $75,000/year

Mid-level (2–4 years, solid portfolio):

$75,000 – $90,000/year

Senior/Lead (4+ years, plus strategy or performance tracking):

$90,000/year+
