Job Description – Remote Sales Executive (Marketing & Client Acquisition)
About the Role
DiviFox is seeking highly motivated and results-oriented Remote Sales Executives to spearhead client acquisition efforts in the digital marketing and performance media space. This role presents an opportunity to work remotely while leveraging advanced sales enablement strategies, lead generation techniques, and consultative selling approaches to onboard high-value clients.
As a key player in our business development ecosystem, you will drive revenue growth by identifying prospective clients, crafting tailored marketing solutions, and strategically positioning our services to align with their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Prospecting & Lead Generation – Utilize cold outreach, inbound marketing leads, and strategic networking to identify and engage high-potential clients.
• Consultative Sales & Needs Analysis – Conduct in-depth discovery calls to assess client needs, challenges, and marketing objectives, positioning DiviFox as the ideal growth partner.
• Marketing Solutions Pitching – Articulate the value proposition of our SEO, website development, and influencer marketing services, demonstrating their impact on revenue growth and brand scalability.
• Client Acquisition & Onboarding – Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial engagement to contract negotiation and seamless onboarding.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management – Build and nurture long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Data-Driven Sales Optimization – Leverage CRM tools to track pipeline activity, analyze conversion metrics, and refine sales strategies based on data insights.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with marketing strategists and execution teams to align campaign deliverables with client expectations.
What We’re Looking For
• Experience: 0–3 years in B2B sales, digital marketing sales, or business development (freshers with strong sales acumen are encouraged to apply).
• Communication & Negotiation Skills: Ability to articulate marketing ROI, handle objections, and close deals effectively.
• Sales Mindset: A performance-driven approach with a focus on lead conversion, revenue generation, and high-ticket client acquisition.
• Tech-Savvy & Digital Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM platforms, sales automation tools, and digital marketing trends is preferred.
• Self-Starter & Remote Work Efficiency: Ability to work independently with strong time management, target-driven execution, and pipeline ownership.
• Essential Requirements: A laptop, smartphone, and reliable internet connection.
Compensation & Incentives
• Commission-Based Structure – Earn 15% commission per successful client sign-up with uncapped earnings potential.
