Our client in the personal care space is hiring a Head of Performance!WHAT YOU’LL DO
Overall Channel Ownership & Growth
- Own day-to-day performance across all digital channels including DTC, Amazon, and Target.com
- Own, manage, and actively execute paid acquisition campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube) with a focus on optimizing CAC, LTV, and payback periods. This is a hands-on role: you should be comfortable building, launching, testing, and scaling campaigns directly—while also knowing when to bring in outside support to accelerate growth.
- Scale Amazon strategy along with external agency including PPC, A+ content, conversion optimization, and promotional planning
- Partner with internal teams and external agencies to drive coordinated execution across key growth levers—including email/SMS marketing, affiliate programs, SEO, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Ensure channel alignment with broader brand goals, manage performance accountability, and continuously improve channel effectiveness through creative testing, segmentation, and audience insights.
Strategy & Execution
- Build and own a full-funnel growth plan that aligns with company goals and scales customer acquisition across all digital storefronts
- Lead digital testing roadmap (creative, landing pages, offers, channels) with constant A/B and incrementality testing
- Drive omnichannel revenue forecasting, budgeting, and attribution strategies
- Collaborate with the GM and Founders to evaluate and prioritize new growth opportunities and partnerships
Analytics & Reporting
- Build dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs and diagnose performance
- Analyze channel contribution, cohort behavior, margin impact, and payback periods to inform investment decisions
- Translate insights into actionable strategies that improve conversion, retention, and AOV
BACKGROUND
- 5–8+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance roles at consumer product brands (especially in earlier stage or high-growth environments)
- Experience managing $500K+/month in paid budgets and optimizing across platforms
- Expertise in Amazon channel management and DTC ecommerce growth
- Proven track record of owning and scaling digital revenue and improving CAC, LTV, AOV, and retention
- Comfort building forecasts, dashboards, and ROI analyses in spreadsheets and analytics tools
- Strong copy instincts and ability to collaborate with creative teams on high-performing assets
- Entrepreneurial energy, high horsepower, and a bias toward action
- Proficiency using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, GA4 automations, ad creative optimizers) to improve speed, ideation, analysis, and experimentation
