We’re expanding and looking for a results-focused Appointment Setter who is confident on the phone and comfortable working in a commission-only, performance-based role.

Role Overview

As an Appointment Setter at Digital Route, you will call inbound and warm leads, qualify them against clear criteria, and book high-quality discovery calls for our sales team.

This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals who want uncapped earning potential and full control over their income.

Key Responsibilities

• Call inbound and warm leads provided by Digital Route

• Qualify prospects using structured scripts

• Book and confirm discovery calls

• Follow up to maximise attendance rates

• Maintain accurate records in our CRM

Compensation (Commission Only)

• Paid per booked & attended call

• Uncapped earnings

• Performance bonuses for consistency and quality

• Clear KPIs and transparent tracking

This is a commission-only role. Earnings are directly tied to performance.

Requirements

• Strong spoken English

• Confidence and professionalism on phone calls

• Ability to follow scripts while sounding natural

• High accountability and consistency

• Prior setter / sales experience is a strong advantage
