We’re working with an advertising agency on an exciting brief for a hospitality client and we’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who knows how to blend data, creativity, and brand storytelling.

If you have experience driving results for hospitality, premium, or luxury brands, and you understand how to connect with Gen Z audiences, this one’s for you.

What You’ll Do 💡

• Plan, manage & optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok & YouTube
• Deliver data-driven performance strategies that drive bookings, engagement & ROI
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure content reflects premium brand values
• Analyse results & provide insights and optimisations for continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For 🔍

• Proven experience in performance marketing for hospitality or luxury brands
• Strong understanding of Gen Z trends and digital behaviours
• Confident managing multi-channel campaigns & reporting on results
• UK-based freelancer who’s proactive, collaborative & commercially minded
