What You'll Do

• Lead & Scale: Grow and manage our marketing team and budget as we expand rapidly
• Own All Channels: Command paid marketing, content creation, event marketing, influencer partnerships, social media, cold outbound, and website optimisation
• Differentiate: Develop campaigns that make us stand out in the competitive talent services landscape.
• Leverage Networks: Build content and social strategies using founder and investor channels
• Drive Strategy: Work directly with leadership to set company direction and quarterly objectives
• Build Infrastructure: Create scalable marketing systems and analytics that support rapid growth

• Proven Leadership: 6+ years successfully running marketing teams
