About DAOasis

DAOasis is a luxury Web3 integrated wellness retreat brand that blends crypto onboarding, trading mastery, wellness, and immersive lifestyle experiences. Our five day retreat model follows the philosophy of Rest, Learn, Earn and Return and is powered by our native ERC20 utility token.

The DAOasis Companion App is a core part of the ecosystem. Guests download the app at the end of the retreat and continue earning tokens through wellness habits, learning modules, community participation, and long term engagement.

We are in the early founder stage with the brand, retreat blueprint, token strategy, and community infrastructure already in place. We are now preparing for feasibility funding, MVP delivery, and ecosystem launch.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly capable Founding App Developer to architect, build, and own the DAOasis Companion App from MVP through to production. This is a hands on role for a senior engineer who is comfortable operating across mobile, backend, and Web3 integration.

You will play a critical role in shaping the product experience, technical architecture, and long term scalability of the DAOasis ecosystem. You will work directly with the founder, COO, tokenomics lead, and advisors to turn the vision into a production ready application.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build the DAOasis Companion App using Flutter for iOS and Android

• Own the end to end mobile architecture including state management, performance, and scalability

• Build and integrate backend services for user accounts, rewards, progress tracking, and analytics

• Integrate Web3 functionality including wallet connection, token balances, staking rewards, and token gated access

• Work closely with the tokenomics developer to connect real world actions to on chain rewards

• Implement habit tracking, learning modules, quests, and earn mechanics tied to token incentives

• Ensure strong UX and reliability for non technical users onboarding into Web3

• Collaborate with product, brand, and marketing to align app experience with DAOasis positioning

• Support testing, deployment, and post launch iteration

Qualifications

• Strong experience building and shipping production mobile apps using Flutter

• Experience working across the full stack including mobile, backend services, and APIs

• Familiarity with Web3 concepts including wallets, tokens, and on chain interactions

• Experience integrating smart contracts into front end or mobile applications

• Strong understanding of mobile security, performance optimisation, and app store release processes

• Comfortable working in a lean early stage start up environment with high ownership

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical ideas into clear product decisions

Nice to Have

• Experience with Firebase, Supabase, or similar backend platforms

• Experience with Web3 libraries such as WalletConnect or third party wallet SDKs

• Prior experience building habit tracking, reward, or gamified systems

• Experience contributing to or launching early stage consumer apps

• Exposure to token gated content, NFTs, or DAO based platforms
