Company Description We are a performance-focussed digital marketing agency that specialises in scaling subscription and ecommerce businesses. We work with clients to build sustainable growth through data-driven paid advertising, email marketing, and retention strategies. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Digital Marketing Specialist. You will take ownership of client campaigns across Meta, Google, and email marketing platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include launching and scaling paid advertising campaigns, building sophisticated email and SMS automation sequences in Klaviyo, conducting performance analysis and optimisation, creating client reports and strategy recommendations, and collaborating with our team on campaign strategy and creative direction. You will work directly with clients and have the opportunity to make a real impact on their business growth.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns with proven results
  • Strong proficiency in Klaviyo including advanced flows, segmentation, and deliverability management
  • Experience analysing campaign data and translating insights into actionable optimisation strategies
  • Track record of scaling campaigns while maintaining or improving key performance metrics
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to present performance data and recommendations to clients
  • Experience working with ecommerce, subscription, or service-based businesses
  • Self-motivated with strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple client accounts
  • Knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution models, and marketing analytics tools
  • SMS marketing experience and familiarity with retention marketing strategies preferred
