About the Role
As Campaign Coordinator, you’ll work hand-in-hand with Campaign Directors to bring campaigns from concept to completion. This means coordinating with influencers, and making sure every project aligns with client goals, helping craft briefs and surpasses expectations. Your organisational skills and proactive communication will ensure each campaign runs seamlessly from start to finish.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist Campaign Directors with reports, and feedback to maintain alignment with client goals, campaign objectives and briefs.
- Identify, engage, and manage influencers, keeping them informed on campaign goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure campaigns meet internal deadlines and proactively addressing any challenges.
- Gather insights from clients, implementing feedback to continuously improve campaign results.
- Build strong teamwork with Campaign Directors and the coordinator team, contributing to a smooth and efficient workflow.
Are you the one we’re looking for?
- You’re either a student or have a primary occupation but can commit around two days a week.
- You’re an influencer marketing enthusiast, active on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, or TikTok.
- Highly organised, you thrive on efficiency and structure.
- You’re driven by results, working hard to achieve goals and ensure client and influencer satisfaction.
- Fluent in both Danish and English, you’re a strong communicator.
- Experience in influencer marketing with a brand or agency? Even better
