Job Description:About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and versatile Talent Acquisition & Commercial Support Executive to join our team to support our internal recruitment efforts, employee lifecycle processes, customer renewals, and commercial operations. This cross-functional role blends recruitment support, sales operations, and elements of marketing to ensure smooth business operations and an excellent experience for both our people and our clients. You will report directly to the Sales Manager and collaborate closely with the sales and procurement teams.
Key Responsibilities:Recruitment
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job adverts, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing the onboarding of new starters.
- Maintain recruitment tracking systems and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Coordinate onboarding logistics including contracts, IT setup, and induction planning.
- Manage offboarding processes including exit interviews, access removal, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and GDPR standards.
Sales Operations & Reporting
- Generate and distribute regular and ad-hoc sales performance and pipeline reports.
- Support CRM data management and assist with sales forecasting and lead tracking.
- Collaborate with sales managers to improve reporting accuracy and visibility.
Customer Renewals
- Collaborate with the procurement team to track upcoming customer contract renewals and coordinate timely outreach.
- Work with account managers to ensure smooth renewal processes and documentation.
- Maintain renewal dashboards and contribute to retention strategies.
Marketing Support
- Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns and scheduling content across platforms.
- Support email marketing, social media, and event logistics.
- Track campaign performance and compile reports for the management team.
- Help maintain brand consistency across internal and external communications.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in recruitment.
- Experience in HR coordination, sales operations, or marketing support.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working across departments and managing multiple priorities.
