About the role

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can help shape how CUBE3 communicates - externally and internally - as the company scales.

This role spans marketing strategy, storytelling, sales support, and market-facing execution. You’ll work closely with leadership, sales, research, and partners to translate complex capabilities into clear, credible narratives and materials.

Ownership mindset matters more than checking boxes — this role will grow as the company grows.

What you’ll do

  • Help turn complex products, insights, and ideas into clear marketing narratives and materials.
  • Support sales and partnerships with high-quality decks, one-pagers, and supporting assets.
  • Contribute to social media efforts (primarily LinkedIn) by translating broader narratives and insights into relevant market-facing content.
  • Support webinars, including positioning, messaging, materials, and coordination.
  • Support marketing efforts around events, including preparation of messaging, materials, and coordination across teams.
  • Help shape materials and narratives for speaking opportunities, partnerships, and industry initiatives.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure consistency across messaging, materials, and execution.
  • Take ownership of the work you do - driving it forward, improving it over time, and proactively identifying gaps or opportunities.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in B2B marketing, go-to-market, or related roles, ideally in complex or regulated industries.
  • Strong ability to structure information, prioritize clarity, and communicate complex topics effectively.
  • Comfort supporting sales and GTM efforts with practical, high-quality materials.
  • Ability to work across teams, time zones, and evolving priorities.
  • A practical, everyday user of AI tools and automation, with a “work smarter” mindset.
  • Experience working with tools such as HubSpot and Pitch is a plus.
  • An ownership mindset: you take responsibility, follow through, and improve things that don’t yet have a clear process.
