Role Overview
As our Marketing Specialist, you will:
• Own content creation: craft compelling, on‑brand copy and assets for our website, sales collateral, product use‑cases and case studies, using AI where appropriate but not extensively.
• Drive pipeline growth: plan and execute account‑based marketing programmes to identify, engage and nurture target enterprises.
• Amplify our voice: develop and publish engaging content for LinkedIn and other channels and manage our social media calendar.
• Plan and run campaigns: design multichannel advertising strategies, including digital ads, sponsored content and email outreach to generate qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities• Website & collateral
◦ Write and update website pages, product descriptions and SEO‑optimised blog posts.
◦ Produce sales decks, one‑pagers, data sheets and use‑case narratives.
• Account‑based marketing
◦ Identify high‑value target accounts in sectors such as financial services and legaltech.
◦ Develop personalised outreach sequences, including email and LinkedIn InMails, and nurture tracks.
• Social media & thought leadership
◦ Create a content calendar for LinkedIn, Twitter and industry forums.
◦ Draft posts, articles and commentaries to position Ctrl AI as a market leader.
• Paid advertising & email marketing
◦ Plan budgets and creatives for LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads and retargeting.
◦ Write email campaigns, manage schedules and analyse delivery metrics.
• Analytics & reporting
◦ Use HubSpot or similar and Google Analytics to monitor performance.
◦ Prepare fortnightly reports on KPIs, insights and optimisation recommendations.
What We’re Looking For• Experience & skills
◦ 2 to 4 years in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably in a start‑up or scale‑up environment.
◦ Proven track record in content marketing, ABM and digital advertising.
◦ Strong copywriting skills, with attention to tone, clarity and SEO best practices.
• Personal attributes
◦ High energy and self‑starter who thrives in high pace environment.
◦ Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- ◦ Collaborative mindset and keen to work closely with Sales, Product and Engineering.
What We Offer
• Salary: £30,000 to £40,000 per annum (pro‑rata for part‑time)
