What You Will Be Doing

• Supporting lead educators with operational details that ensure workshops flow without disruption
• Serving as a positive cultural influence and dependable figure across bilingual programs and extracurricular clubs

Online Youth Mentor Key Responsibilities Facilitate dynamic, virtual learning environments by ensuring students remain focused, well-coordinated, and motivated across every workshop session. Basic Requirements

• Available to work 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday, US Mountain Time (UTC-7)
• Minimum of 3 years' experience mentoring, coaching, tutoring, or working with youth in leadership roles
• Educational history within US, Canadian, or UK school systems (K-16) - must have completed schooling in one of these countries (current residence may be anywhere)
• Excellent communication abilities and strong proficiency with digital tools and platforms
• Engaging, student-centered demeanor with attention to detail and skill in managing smooth transitions

Nice-to-have Requirements

• Familiarity with online learning platforms or youth development programs
• Experience in after-school initiatives, summer camp settings, or student club leadership
