Creative Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a Creative Marketing Specialist who loves turning ideas into high-performing content and isn’t afraid to own results.

If you’re passionate about short-form video, performance creatives, and storytelling - and enjoy working with creators and influencers - this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Create 15+ video or image ad creatives per week and take ownership of performance, especially conversion rate(clicks → leads). Use data and market insights to continuously optimize creative performance.
• Own creative execution end-to-end: concepts, scripts, talent coordination, and production.
• Launch and iterate on high-impact creative campaigns across paid and organic channels.
• Collaborate with UGC creators, influencers, actors/actresses, and in-house editors.
• Manage and grow our social presence and support ongoing brand and website marketing initiatives.

Who You Are

• A creator, marketer, or influencer with a strong content mindset (Influencers with 10k+ followers on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube are welcome to apply.)
• Outgoing,communicative, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across teams.
• Highly responsible, professional, and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about storytelling, writing, and visual content.
• Experienced in social media, influencer marketing, or performance ads (personal social media growth counts!)
• A self-starter who can collaborate across different time zones (occasional evening communication required).
