Who we are**
Consiglieri is a collection of former marketing executives from successful brands & agencies who give honest, actionable counsel for leaders who want to modernize their marketing operations and deliver more impactful work.
We operate as an extension of leadership teams, connecting marketing and media experts with today’s top creative talent. We collaborate with the decision-makers and cross-functional working teams to modernize marketing operations, build social marketing infrastructure, drive efficiency of content creation, and optimize their partnerships and outputs.
We are the trusted advisors for today's (and tomorrow’s) top companies. We are Consiglieri.
What we are looking for
Consiglieri is seeking a proactive, culturally-attuned Social Media Manager to work with one of our “Magnificent Seven” technology clients—helping elevate and evolve its portfolio of brands with a social-first strategy. In this contract role, you’ll operate as a critical member of the Activations & Engagement team, driving forward a robust owned/earned/paid social media program that spans always-on editorial planning, talent collaboration, campaign integration, and performance optimization.
You’ll be responsible for managing a robust social content calendar and channel health of owned social channels. You will bring branded content to life through end-to-end program delivery—from developing evergreen and campaign-based content to selecting creators, shaping narrative arcs, and analyzing results to influence future initiatives. You will also collaborate closely with the client’s internal teams and agency partners, to ensure that all social programs are on brand, culturally relevant, and deepen connections with fans and consumers.
The best candidates will have client-side experience running global social programs with proven results driving business impact. You’ll understand the nuances of the social media platforms, and how to drive and develop conversations among their communities through creative content. You’ll have experience in working alongside multiple agency & creative partners, holding onto big-picture objectives while diving into the details. And you’ll be able to correlate social performance back to key business outcomes, and communicate those results up and down a matrixed organization.
