We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing engine and drive qualified demand, revenue growth, and channel performance.
This is a hands-on role for a generalist marketer who can both define strategy and execute. You’ll lead performance across SEO, paid media, website optimization, and experimentation, with the autonomy to test, iterate, and scale what works.

What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end growth and performance marketing across SEO, paid search, website, content, and email.
- Audit current acquisition efforts and build a clear, data-driven growth strategy focused on lead quality, conversion, and revenue.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid media / PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads; paid social a plus).
- Lead SEO strategy and execution to drive sustainable, long-term growth.
- Identify new acquisition opportunities and run structured growth experiments.
- Deeply understand our customers, market, and buying journey to improve targeting and messaging.
- Analyze historical and real-time performance data to inform decisions and prioritize efforts.
- Partner with Sales, Operations, and Leadership to align growth initiatives with revenue goals.
- Manage external vendors or freelancers when needed (SEO, paid media, content, CRO).
- Build lightweight dashboards, reporting, and processes to increase clarity, speed, and accountability.
About You
- 5–10+ years of experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing.
- Strong generalist skill set with hands-on experience in:
- SEO
- Paid search / PPC (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads)
- Website optimization and analytics
- Comfortable owning both strategy and execution in a fast-moving, resource-lean environment.
- Highly data-driven; confident using GA4 and performance dashboards to guide decisions.
- Experience with CRO, content marketing, and email marketing is a plus.
- Proactive, organized, and execution-focused. You move quickly from insight to action.
- Strong communicator who collaborates well across functions.
- Curious, adaptable, and motivated by building scalable growth systems.
