Performance Creative Strategist (Remote)

This role requires someone who thrives at the crossroads of creativity and data. You'll be able to brainstorm original video ideas and ad ideas that resonate with viewers, while also having the analytical mind to measure performance and translate insights into future video strategies.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Be in charge of brainstorming captivating video ad ideas;
• Run the end-to-end high-impact creative strategy that drives performance growth;
• Closely monitor video content performance (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, etc.), analyze the data for insights, and use these insights to optimize future video content;
• Work with cross-functional teams, including performance marketing and product teams, to ensure alignment on creative direction and performance metrics;
• Spearhead the creation of ad scripts and briefs, whether by writing them yourself, utilizing AI tools for assistance;
• Translate script ideas into clear visuals and direction;
• Leverage diverse storytelling methods and creative tools to develop unique and captivating ads;
• Employ A/B testing to optimize video elements for maximum performance;
• Stay on top of the latest trends, techniques, competitor strategies to inspire fresh creative ideas.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• 2+ years of experience in D2C Performance Creative or Performance Creative Strategist role;
• Proven track record of developing and executing creative strategies that have driven significant brand growth;
• Experience with platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital marketing channels;
• Experience in written content creation (scriptwriting is a plus);
• Strong understanding of ad performance metrics and how to translate data into actionable creative insights;
• Ability to work with AI tools;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication skills in English.
