Shape the future of a leading Business Central solution
We're looking for an experienced Business Central Product Owner to join our growing ISV business and help define the future of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central product.
This is a unique opportunity to combine product strategy, customer engagement and hands-on Business Central expertise. You'll be the voice of both our customers and our product, working closely with development, sales and customer success teams to ensure we're delivering solutions that solve real business challenges.
If you're passionate about Business Central, enjoy working directly with customers and want to influence the direction of an innovative software product, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
- Own and drive the product roadmap for our Business Central solution.
- Gather customer feedback and market insight to shape future product development.
- Work closely with development teams to define and prioritise product enhancements.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure customers gain maximum value from our solutions.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and support the sales team during pre-sales engagements.
- Represent the business at customer meetings, industry events and Microsoft conferences.
- Act as the bridge between customers, partners, sales and engineering.
- Stay up to date with Microsoft's Business Central roadmap and identify opportunities for innovation.
What we're looking for
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Consultancy, Solution Architecture or a senior Functional Consultant role.
- A solid understanding of Business Central functionality and business processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience delivering customer demonstrations and workshops.
- Ability to translate customer needs into clear product requirements.
- Commercial awareness and a customer-first mindset.
- Comfortable working remotely with occasional travel across the UK, Ireland and Europe.
Desirable
- Experience working for a Business Central ISV or Microsoft Partner.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of AppSource applications and the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Experience working with development teams using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
What we offer
- Salary up to £90,000 / €100,000
- Fully remote working from anywhere in the UK or Ireland
- Opportunity to influence the direction of a market-leading Business Central product
- Exposure to customers across multiple industries
- Travel to customer sites, Microsoft events and industry conferences
- A collaborative, innovative team where your ideas will genuinely shape the future of our products
If you're an experienced Business Central professional who enjoys engaging with customers as much as shaping products, we'd love to hear from you.
