We’re now looking for a motivated, self-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and help fuel our next stage of growth.

The Opportunity

As an SDR, you will be responsible for outbound prospecting to mortgage and finance brokers across Australia. Your core mission is to generate qualified leads and book discovery calls for our Founder, who leads the sales function.

This role is commission-only with uncapped earnings and a trail commission structure—meaning your income grows the longer you’re in the role and the more deals you help generate.

You’ll have access to a clear sales playbook, CRM tools, email templates, lead lists, and hands-on support from our experienced leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cold outreach to mortgage and finance brokers via email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels
• Qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls for our Founder
• Maintain accurate records of activity and results in our CRM
• Follow up consistently with leads to ensure conversion to booked meetings
• Collaborate with the marketing and leadership team to improve outreach effectiveness
• Hit activity targets and contribute to business growth milestones

What We’re Looking ForPreferred Experience:

• Prior experience in a Sales Development or outbound sales role is highly desirable, but not essential
• Experience in or knowledge of the finance, mortgage, or real estate industry is a plus
