- Shape the category: You'll influence product roadmap, pricing strategy, and positioning—this is ground-floor category creation
Sales Methodology
Discovery: Identify their most expensive manual workflow. Quantify ruthlessly: "You're paying $1.8M annually for humans to copy data. Agents execute it at 95%+ accuracy for $200K/year."
Solution: Present multi-agent blueprints showing exactly which agents handle which components. Contrast sharply: RPA breaks on exceptions, chatbots are reactive, offshore teams scale slowly, Big4 delivers roadmaps not agents.
