The Opportunity

Enterprises are bleeding money on manual workflows. They need autonomous multi-agent systems that execute end-to-end processes without human intervention—not chatbots that "assist."

Cervoa builds production-grade multi-agent orchestration infrastructure that eliminates 40-70% of operational costs. You'll be building this category from zero—which means massive equity upside, direct founder access, and zero bureaucracy.

Ground-floor reality: No warm leads. No 50 case studies. No marketing machine. Just you, founders who remove obstacles, and early-stage equity that could eclipse 10 years of corporate commissions.

What We're Selling

Autonomous Sales Agent Systems: Multi-agent networks that prospect, qualify, engage, and nurture leads autonomously—one agent monitors buying signals, another crafts outreach, a third handles scheduling. Sales teams focus only on pre-qualified discovery calls.

  • Close 3-6 deals monthly at $75K-$250K ACV
  • Build pipeline relentlessly: Maintain 15+ qualified opportunities spending $2M+ annually on labor that agents eliminate
  • Shape the category: You'll influence product roadmap, pricing strategy, and positioning—this is ground-floor category creation

Sales Methodology

Discovery: Identify their most expensive manual workflow. Quantify ruthlessly: "You're paying $1.8M annually for humans to copy data. Agents execute it at 95%+ accuracy for $200K/year."

Solution: Present multi-agent blueprints showing exactly which agents handle which components. Contrast sharply: RPA breaks on exceptions, chatbots are reactive, offshore teams scale slowly, Big4 delivers roadmaps not agents.

Close: Lead with 3-Week Proof of Value. Lock the guarantee: "40% cost reduction in 6 months or free optimization." Close on phased roadmap: POV → Production → Department-Wide.

Bonuses:

  • $8K for 4+ deals monthly
  • $15K for $400K+ quarterly ACV
  • $25K for first $150K+ expansion

Equity: 0.5%-1.0% for top performers closing $500K+ quarterly after 6 months—early-stage equity with massive upside

Earnings Trajectory:
