Position Summary

We are seeking a Content & Editorial Specialist to build and run a high-output content engine that supports marketing and sales. This role focuses heavily on repackaging long-form content into short-form, high-performing assets, maintaining a structured content library, and supporting teams with ready-to-use materials. The ideal candidate has strong editorial judgment, is comfortable working in a lean team, and can move content from concept to publish with consistency and quality.

This is a fully remote role with occasional in-person team sessions. This role is based in the United States.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Repurposing

  • Convert long-form content (webinars, videos, case studies, blogs) into short-form assets for email, social, and sales enablement.
  • Produce and edit content across formats: articles, social posts, emails, and short-form video.
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity) to draft, refine, and accelerate content production.
  • Maintain tone, clarity, accuracy, and alignment with gFour’s brand voice.

Content Library Management

  • Build and organize a new marketing content library across Google Drive and Monday.com.
  • Implement simple structure, naming conventions, and version control.
  • Ensure assets are easy to find, track, and deploy across teams.

Channel Distribution

  • Package content to be used across Facebook, LinkedIn, email, webinars, and other marketing channels.
  • Tailor content formats for marketing and sales audiences.
  • Create and publish content for internal stakeholders across sales, customer success and product teams.

Project & Workflow Management

  • Own the content calendar and manage deadlines from draft → review → publish.
  • Track deliverables and campaigns through Monday.com or similar tools.
  • Keep content moving efficiently with strong personal organization and follow-through.

Graphic & Video Work

  • Create basic graphics using Canva (<10% of role).
  • Edit short-form video clips using tools like CapCut or Kwing

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or editorial roles.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating writing, editing, and repurposing work.
  • Experience with HubSpot or marketing automation platform.
  • Comfortable using AI tools for drafting and ideation.
  • Experience managing content calendars and multi-stage workflows.
  • Capable of working independently in a lean, fast-moving team.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut/Kwing

Location & Work Setup

  • Fully remote role.
  • Occasional travel for team onsite and planning sessions.
