PART TIME SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING SPECIALIST

Have you run social media marketing? Are you detail-oriented? Are you great at follow-through and working with people to succeed in their efforts? If you answered “Yes” to these, then consider joining our team as a Social Media Marketing Specialist. Responsibilities

• Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
• Generate, edit, and schedule engaging content through Social Pilot software (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news)
• Monitor engagement metrics
• Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
• Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout)
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications

Expectations

• Review outstanding items daily and follow up with team members
• Apply your knowledge of social media marketing, campaign design, content creation, and marketing
