The initiative aims to reduce unnecessary expenses on accounting and investments, while optimising tax strategies for doctors. Business for Doctors connects medical professionals through supportive social networks, enabling them to share collective knowledge and enhance their business acumen for better patient outcomes. Founded by Dr. April Armstrong, the organisation brings a wealth of expertise in healthcare, business, investments, and digital solutions.
Role Overview
The Marketing Lead is a Full-Time position, accountable for end-to-end marketing performance across BFD and BFD Education, with direct responsibility for driving revenue, lead generation, and audience growth. This role is a hybrid of strategy and execution, requiring strong ownership, delegation, and commercial focus.

Remuneration
This role is remunerated at a base salary of $120,000 per annum.
Additional performance-based incentives may apply in accordance with the KPI expectations outlined below.
Eligibility Requirements
This role is open to Australian citizens or permanent residents only. Applicants must be currently residing in Australia. Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Work Environment
Remote role with occasional in-office collaboration in Sydney or Melbourne

Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Strategy & Alignment
· Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned to business priorities
· Own the marketing calendar
· Define campaign objectives, audiences, and outcomes
2. Campaign Execution
· Oversee and execute email, social, and paid campaigns
· Ensure quality, accuracy, and optimisation
3. Digital & Website
· Manage website performance, UX, and SEO
· Oversee analytics and tracking tools
4. Lead Generation & Funnel Optimisation
· Manage full marketing funnel
· Improve conversion rates and audience targeting
5. Content & Messaging
· Ensure clear, engaging, and effective messaging
· Maintain brand consistency
6. Social Media Growth
· Manage organic and paid strategies
· Ensure channels are current and aligned
7. Events Marketing
· Drive attendance for workshops and webinars
· Support post-event engagement
8. Team Leadership
· Provide leadership, structure, and clear instructions to your team to achieve marketing goals.
· Delegate lower-value tasks
· Maintain ownership of strategy and outputs
9. Partnerships
· Support partner campaigns and stakeholder alignment
10. Reporting & Performance
· Track KPIs and report outcomes

Capability RequirementsEssential:
· A degree in Marketing and/or Communications (minimum requirement).
· 5+ years marketing experience, with a proven track record of success.
· A solid understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
· Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and oversee the work of virtual assistants.
· A proactive, strategic mindset and the ability to work autonomously.
