Role Description

As Head of Marketing, you will own our marketing strategy and positioning, while also executing hands-on programs to accelerate growth. You’ll shape our local & global go-to-market approach and build scalable demand generation across multiple channels.This is a senior individual contributor role reporting directly to the founder.

Qualifications:

  • Define and own positioning and messaging of buildbuild.
  • Lead our local & global go-to-market activities
  • Build and scale demand generation: outbound, content, performance, email, SEO, partnerships, and events.
  • Create and execute product marketing campaigns, leveraging AI tools.
  • Develop sales enablement materials (case studies, one-pagers, white papers).
  • Continuously test hypotheses and identify what drives growth.

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing (proptech/construction is a plus).
  • Experienced in SMB marketing lead generation.
  • A full-stack marketer: strong in content, growth, and analytics.
  • Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot) and ad managers.
  • Growth mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, eager to build from scratch.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills in a global environment.
  • Deep understanding of marketing strategy, customer segmentation, and go-to-market models.
