As a Marketing Project Manager on the Marketing Program Management team, you’ll be a key driver of high-impact marketing initiatives for some of the world’s leading tech clients. You’ll own projects from start to finish—scoping, planning, execution, and delivery—while proactively managing timelines, risks, and stakeholder alignment.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments, knows how to bring order to chaos, and has a strong understanding of marketing workflows, especially in tech and SaaS. You’ll work across content, design, and web teams to support campaigns, launches, and always-on marketing efforts that drive measurable impact.

How You’ll Contribute

  • Own and manage end-to-end marketing projects across content, design, and planning through execution and delivery.
  • Build trust and alignment across cross-functional teams, including clients, strategists, designers, product, and external partners—through clear communication and strong stakeholder management.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop bills of materials (BOMs) for campaign and content execution, including pitch decks, one-pagers, web content, sales guides, email templates, event collateral, and more.
  • Partner with writers, content strategists, and designers to bring content to life that’s on brand, on time, and on point.
  • Use tools like Wrike (or similar) to create and maintain project plans, track deliverables, assign tasks, and manage dependencies.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks, blockers, and shifting priorities to keep projects moving and clients confident.

Your skills and approach

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing project or program management, ideally in agency, tech, or SaaS environments.
  • A strong understanding of marketing processes, especially around content development, GTM strategy, and campaign execution.
  • Comfort with managing multiple workstreams, competing deadlines, and stakeholder expectations with professionalism and confidence.
  • A proven ability to work cross-functionally with creatives, content teams, product marketers, and technical partners.
  • A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills—you know how to drive alignment, facilitate meetings, and keep projects on track.
  • Experience using tools like Wrike (or similar) to manage projects and workflows effectively.
  • A problem-solving approach and comfort working through ambiguity and change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus: experience working with AI tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar to streamline project tasks, reporting, or content development.

Compensation:

The hourly pay range for this role is $45 to $65 per hour. The final rate will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant work experience, certifications, education, and geographic location. Please note that the range listed applies specifically to this position and may vary for other roles.
