Salary: Reflective of 1-2 years of experience + OTE
Responsibilities: Delivery of services, client relationships, account growth, team development
1) The company
Bora is a cybersecurity marketing agency. We only work with cybersecurity companies. We only do cybersecurity marketing.
We work as an extension to our clients' marketing teams, helping them improve their strategies and plans. We build on their success, but with less stress.
2) The role
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team. You’ll need previous experience working within the B2B cybersecurity SaaS environment.
You will support Account Managers to create and deliver client marketing campaigns.

You must be hyper organised, comfortable multi-tasking, and proactive in driving growth. You’ll display initiative and lead teams empathetically, ensuring we become indispensable to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple client projects, delivering high-quality work on time
- Create reports for clients and use the insights to improve delivery
- Stay abreast of industry trends and changes, adapting client plans accordingly
- Clearly communicate the client's objectives and needs with colleagues
3) The skillsetOrganised af: You will come to meetings prepared with a plan and a timeline. You understand planning ahead will set you, your team, and your clients up for success. You’re the type of person who organises their email inbox with colours and labels and a sorting system!
Creative problem solver: Our clients come to us with problems. You will offer creative solutions to those problems. Sometimes, they can be obvious and logical. They might also need additional creative input. No matter how the results are achieved, helping solve those problems is essential.
Listen to hear: You listen to hear and to understand. We want to know what our team and our clients are feeling. Ask lots of questions. Ask the right questions. Engage in discussions to uncover pains, situations, budgets, client structure, and critical events.
Attention to detail: You notice things before our clients do. You notice industry trends, emerging threats and opportunities, and opportunities to improve. You’re on top of the latest developments, ideally engrossed in the top security publications daily. You join the dots our clients don’t, bringing new ideas to their tables.
4) Essential experienceIf you’ve not had 1-2 years of experience doing some of the below, you should not apply.
- B2B cybersecurity experience, doing; Marketing, Content management/creation, Public relations, Copywriting, Project management
- A sense of humour
- And, finally, you must be able to write. You’ll be writing project plans, content briefs, and proofreading/editing content our clients will publish. We need someone who can communicate cleanly and clearly. Someone who is direct, whilst being cordial, human, and delightful. No superfluous business fluff. No one checking your work. You own your words.5) Additional desired experience
If you have or can relate to some of what’s described in this section, it will put you ahead in the process.
- Proficient with the MS Office Suite, Asana, Slack, and Moz
- Understanding of technical SEO and domain authority management
- Previous use of the SPICED or MEDDPICC sales methodologies
- A little black book of cybersecurity marketing contacts
- Membership to relevant cybersecurity marketing professional associations/networking groups
A passion for tinkering with the modern MarTech stack. We’re talking workflows, AI tools & Agents, and anything that improves efficiency and effectiveness whilst maintaining what it means to be human. This is 2025. If you’re still working with a pen and parchment paper, the interns are already more effective.
