Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior Business Development Associate based in Europe to help grow our brand and business across the region. This is a remote role with a strong focus on attending Web3 events, networking, and building relationships to drive BlockPI’s expansion in the European market.  

You’ll be the face of BlockPI in Europe, engaging with developers, projects, and industry leaders to strengthen our presence. If you’re outgoing, passionate about and eager to grow in Web3, this is the perfect opportunity to jumpstart your career in blockchain!  

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend Web3 conferences, meetups, and hackathons across Europe to represent BlockPI.  
• Build and maintain relationships with European Web3 projects, developers, and ecosystem partners.  
• Assist in business development efforts, including lead generation and partnership outreach.  
• Support marketing and community initiatives to increase BlockPI’s brand awareness in Europe.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.
• Gather market insights and feedback to help shape our Europe-focused growth strategy. 
• Drive the adoption of BlockPI’s services by effectively communicating our value proposition to potential clients.

Requirement:

• Based in Europe: Flexible remote work, but must be able to travel locally/internationally for events. 
• Strong English communication skills: Additional European languages are a plus.  

• Outgoing, energetic, and proactive: You love meeting new people and building connections.  
• Basic understanding of Web3/blockchain: You don’t need to be technical, but you should know the key trends and players.  
• Willingness to travel frequently: This role involves attending events across Europe.  
• Junior-level experience: 0-2 years in BD, sales, marketing, or community roles.  
• Strong Learning Ability: The Web3 industry evolves rapidly, and we need someone who can quickly adapt and stay ahead of the curve.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within the blockchain or tech industry.
• Familiarity with blockchain infrastructure (RPC, nodes, staking, etc.).
• Active in Web3 communities (Twitter, Telegram, Discord).
• Bachelor degree or above is required.
