Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will build and maintain strong client relationships, coordinate the execution of digital marketing campaigns, analyze campaign performance data, and collaborate with internal teams to meet client objectives. They will ensure timely communication with clients, provide strategic recommendations, and act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
Starting salary £75,000 - £150,000
- Manage a portfolio of clients/accounts with a value of $10M+ - develop, maintain, and expand positive relationships with existing agency / direct clients
- Generate repeat & incremental revenue, acting as the point of contact for all live campaigns always looking for ways to grow and improve accounts
- Ensure expertise, excellence, and consistency in all aspects of campaign delivery: Client Management, briefing designers, creative and development, ad ops, performance optimisation, and reporting
- Strategically counsel clients; develop effective and creative campaign strategies with a clear understanding of client objectives, KPIs, and targets
- Work closely with our adops team on campaign optimisations, relaying relevant information to customers in an easy-to-understand and actionable manner
- Own reporting and case study creation - showcase and share expertise within the Client Services and wider SA Global team, and present QBRs to strategic clients on a quarterly basis
- Use data and analytical storytelling to turn performance insights into compelling narratives that drive client understanding and future investment
- Proactively identify new initiatives and tools to enhance client experience and cross-team collaboration
Qualifications
- Client Relationship Management, Customer Service, and Communication skills
- Knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing, Advertising Strategy, and Social Media Platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram)
- Analytical skills for tracking campaign performance data and reporting insights
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to provide tailored recommendations
- Self-motivation, strong organizational skills, and ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Experience with project management software and CRM tools is a plus
- Proficiency in SEO is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
