We’re looking for an enthusiastic and people-focused Community Manager to build, engage, and grow our online community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, relationship-building, and creating meaningful interactions in a remote-first environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and nurture online communities across platforms (e.g. forums, social media, Slack/Discord).
• Act as the primary point of contact between the company and community members.
• Create and moderate engaging content, discussions, and events.
• Monitor community feedback, sentiment, and trends, and share insights with internal teams.
• Enforce community guidelines to maintain a positive and inclusive environment.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams.
• Track community engagement metrics and prepare regular reports.

✅ Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in community management, social media, customer engagement, or related roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social platforms, community tools, and content scheduling tools.
• Empathetic, proactive, and highly organized.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
