BettingJobs is currently working with a fast-growing iGaming company who are seeking a Game Release Specialist to join their team on a remote basis. As the Game Release Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the release of casino games across various brands and platforms.
The Game Release Specialist role would be well suited to an individual with proven experience in online casino and a strong understanding of game mechanics.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule new game releases across multiple brands and platforms.
- Maintain an accurate release calendar and ensure timely content updates.
- Liaise with game providers to collect release files, technical specifications, and promotional assets.
- Conduct various detailed pre-release checks such as game availability by market and brand, RTP (Return to Player) accuracy, Max exposure (maximum win potential) and Bet limits (min/max) across currencies.
- Upload and manage game metadata (titles, provider, RTP, descriptions) in back-office systems.
- Manage thumbnails and artwork on the CDN, ensuring visual consistency across devices.
- Create and maintain organized game categories (e.g., New, Popular, Jackpot, Live).
- Enable or disable games and update categories based on roadmap or business needs.
- Maintain up-to-date internal documentation on game release workflows and content management procedures.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in online casino operations, content coordination, or similar roles.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
- Good understanding of casino game mechanics, RTP, risk exposure, and regulatory considerations.
- Experience using content or game management systems, such as back offices, CMS, or aggregation platforms.
- Familiarity with project/task tracking tools like Jira or Trello.
- English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
