Position Summary
We’re looking for a part-time CRM Marketing Assistant to support the execution of our email and SMS marketing campaigns. You’ll work directly with our CRM Manager and play a key role in bringing campaigns to life—from building emails in Klaviyo to making quick creative edits in Figma. This is a fast-moving role that’s perfect for someone who thrives under deadlines, has a sharp eye for detail, and is eager to gain experience with customer communication and marketing at a high-performing direct-to-consumer (DTC) company.
Position Responsibilities
- Build and format email/SMS campaigns in Klaviyo using provided templates and assets
- Apply pre-defined segmentation and suppression logic accurately
- QA campaign setups under time pressure (links, subject lines, product blocks, etc.)
- Use Figma to export and adjust creative assets as needed
- Follow strict naming conventions and documentation procedures
- Assist with setting up A/B tests and organizing basic results
- Stay responsive and communicative during active campaign windows
- Support bi-quarterly audits of triggered flows by helping review logic, creative, and performance trends
Position Qualifications
- Hands-on experience using Klaviyo is required, including creating and editing email templates, building flows, setting up and managing pop-ups, A/B testing, and audience segmentation
- Familiarity with our creative tool, Figma, and able to slice, export, and make light edits to assets as needed
- High attention to detail and ability to stay focused on repeatable, task-driven execution
- Dependable, organized, and responsive during working hours, with the flexibility to support time-sensitive tasks outside of regular hours when needed
- Ability to follow detailed instructions while asking thoughtful, proactive questions to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting email campaigns in a DTC or eCommerce environment
- Familiarity with Google Sheets or Excel
- Interest in email/SMS marketing and CRM best practices
The reasonably expected pay for this position is $20 - $30 an hour for the level scoped. Your pay will depend on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and skills. A higher or lower pay range may apply if you are considered for a different level. This position is also eligible for stock options and a competitive benefits package.
