The Role:
As the Senior Manager at Base.com, you’ll be the architect and executor of our enterprise marketing strategy. You’ll partner closely with Sales and Partnerships to drive awareness, accelerate pipeline, and position Base as the go-to solution for enterprise operational excellence. This is a hands-on role for a builder who thrives in ambiguity and wants to own marketing end-to-end.
What You’ll Do:
- Define and lead the full-funnel enterprise marketing strategy (ABM, content, demand gen, lifecycle).
- Collaborate with the revenue org to identify ICP, craft messaging, and implement lead scoring + handoff flows.
- Launch targeted campaigns across LinkedIn, email, events, and strategic partnerships to generate qualified pipeline.
- Own development of high-conversion collateral: sales/partner decks, case studies, whitepapers, battlecards, blog posts.
- Shape Base.com’s content and thought leadership strategy to drive awareness and trust.
- Build and manage the marketing tech stack (HubSpot, GA, ad platforms, etc.).
- Define, own, and track KPIs, attribution, and ROI—own the marketing dashboard.
What We’re Looking For:
- 6+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with a focus on enterprise or complex sales cycles.
- Proven experience owning pipeline targets and delivering measurable results.
- Deep understanding of ABM, demand generation, and product marketing best practices.
- Exceptional writing, messaging, and storytelling skills.
- Experience working in early-stage (in new market); you know how to build from scratch.
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action—no task is too big or small.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience marketing to ops, IT, or cross-functional team leaders.
- Familiarity with hybrid PLG + enterprise sales models.
- History of collaborating closely with founders and early GTM hires.
