This is a new vacancy created by internal promotion — offering the opportunity to build on strong foundations while adding your own direction.

In this strategic role, you will develop and deliver an insights agenda that drives business growth, positions AYMES as a thought leader in medical nutrition, and helps unlock new market opportunities. You’ll play a pivotal part in bringing customer, competitor, and category insight to the forefront of our strategic decisions — supporting Brand, Digital & Innovation teams with data-driven recommendations.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Lead and execute multiple research projects across virtual and in-person platforms

✅ KOL and stakeholder mapping + engagement

✅ Shape and align research strategy to inform business growth

✅ Build and deliver a scalable research programme to unlock commercial opportunities

✅ Conduct high-level data interrogation to produce actionable insights for cross-functional teams

✅ Deliver impactful, engaging market deep-dives to internal stakeholders

✅ Drive insight adoption across the business

✅ Explore new and innovative research methodologies

✅ Build internal and external networks; influence business direction

✅ Lead brand health tracking and identify opportunities for growth

✅ Shape future-back thinking to support thought leadership in medical nutrition

✅ Collaborate with Brand, Digital & Innovation teams

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years’ experience in a senior research-related role
• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Insights or a related discipline
• Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
• Highly skilled at data manipulation, analysis & insight generation
• Able to prioritise and deliver research plans aligned with business strategy
• Experienced delivering research across multiple platforms
• Able to combine consumer understanding + data to deliver actionable recommendations
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• A natural problem-solver; solutions-focused mindset
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Confident using Windows 365 and Microsoft Teams
• Team-oriented, proactive, sleeves-rolled-up attitude
