Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

The Marketing Specialist supports the growth and visibility of our elevator and escalator maintenance services through targeted marketing strategies. This role combines industry-specific knowledge with creative and analytical skills to promote our offerings, enhance customer engagement, and strengthen brand awareness across key markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote elevator and escalator maintenance, modernization, and repair services
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer pain points, and competitor activities within the vertical transportation industry
• Create content for brochures, case studies, email marketing, social media, and the company website tailored to property managers, building owners, and facility engineers
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to align marketing initiatives with customer needs and business goals
• Maintain and grow the company's digital presence through SEO, paid ads, and targeted campaigns
• Assist in coordinating trade shows, industry events, and client appreciation initiatives
• Track and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and CRM software
• Manage vendor relationships for printing, promotional products, and digital marketing support

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in construction, facilities management, or industrial services
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing, lead generation, and brand positioning
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Google Ads, Canva)
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
• Self-starter with strong project management and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of the elevator/escalator industry is a plus

Location:

• Remote with the some travel as needed (up to 40%)
