✍️ The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on content creator with serious content chops.
This isn’t your first rodeo. You know how SEO works, you’ve used content as a strategic growth lever, and you understand that great writing is table stakes, but results matter too.
You’ll be part of a small, fast-moving marketing team where work tends to shapeshift. If you enjoy diverse projects, like building the plane while flying, and get energy from doing things that are different, new, and occasionally a little crazy – you’ll feel right at home.
🧠 What You’ll Be Doing✏️ Writing & Storytelling
- Write high-quality, high-impact articles for the Astrato blog
- Apply SEO best practices without sacrificing clarity, voice, or originality
- Help shape our content strategy and turn it into consistent, measurable output
- Know the difference between a killer blog post and marketing fluff (and actively avoid the latter)
🔁 Content repurposing
- Repurpose long-form content into LinkedIn posts, carousels, short-form copy, and event content
- Adapt tone and format without turning everything into copy-paste soup
- Help develop repeatable content formats and series
🎤 Events & Campaign support
- Support online and offline events from a content angle (landing pages, promo copy, recap posts, social content)
- Help turn events into long-tail content engines
🤖 AI-Powered workflows
- Build and improve content workflows using AI tools (research, drafting, repurposing, ideation, editing)
- Experiment with new tools and approaches, and share what works (and what doesn’t)
- Help us scale content without losing quality or voice
🌟 You might be a great fit if you:
- Are a strong writer first, marketer second
- Have real content experience and a strong writing portfolio to show for it
- Have a natural sense of humour and voice (dry, clever, slightly opinionated is a plus)
- Know how SEO works and how content contributes to growth, not just traffic
- Like making things more than managing things
- Are curious about AI-enabled content creation and not afraid to experiment
- Can work independently and still collaborate tightly with a small team
- Don’t panic when faced with technical topics – you enjoy learning just enough to explain them well
- Are opinionated, curious, and comfortable owning your work end-to-end
Bonus points if you:
- Have experience writing for B2B SaaS or technical products
- Have shipped content consistently (blog, LinkedIn, newsletter, etc.)
- Have opinions about content, not just best practices
