We are Arrive, an AI startup in the accounting space building the operating system for firms across the US. Our goal is to make accountants lives easier, through agents and automations that can do the real professional work: tax research, drafting client communication, pulling numbers off documents into finished workpapers, routing tasks, and proposing tax strategies for a human to approve. Below the tip of the iceberg, we have a full platform that makes all the automation possible: client portals, communication, unlimited storage, tasks, billing, desktop and mobile apps. Small team, real customers, and far more people who should know about us. This is our first growth hire.
What you will be doing
Growth, social, content, email, community, events, partnerships, SEO, help with paid ads and the sales conversations that come out of all of it. You decide where the effort goes, and you own the numbers that come back: sign-ups, activated firms, pipeline.
There is no playbook here, and we are not looking for you to import one. Marketing is changing faster than any textbook can keep up with right now, and the people winning are running experiments, not
following frameworks.
You will be working closely with marketing, sales and product. You will work on the strategies and help tweak the messaging. What you learn from the market goes straight to product, and what we build next is partly your argument to make.
Who we are looking for
• You do the work yourself. You make the thing, you are not afraid to execute your ideas, iterate on them if they fail, and double down if they succeed.
• You are a generalist. You would rather try five things this quarter than perfect one channel
• You use AI in your own work daily, not as a talking point. If you have built your own tools or automations, tell us!
• You can explain a technical product to people who don't get it yet, over and over, in new ways, until they do
• You have work with your name on it that we can read
• The startup culture excites to you rather than worries you
