Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
Manage the advertising campaigns for our loan products on major media platforms such as Google, Facebook, and TikTok in the Polish market. Monitor campaign performance in real-time, propose optimization strategies, and manage advertising costs effectively.
Collaborate with local Polish media channels for user acquisition, and maintain the company’s social media and app store pages.
BD new channels and manage channel‘s performance.
Guide the creation and optimization of advertising creatives, providing direction based on product selling points and local user preferences.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in advertising campaigns, within the Polish loan market.
Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in using office software such as Excel for data processing.
Fluent in Polish as a working language; proficiency in English is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to independently handle internal and external coordination, creative discussions, and contract negotiations.
Fast learner—no prior experience in the mutual finance industry is required. Must be able to quickly grasp industry knowledge and adapt to new market trends to achieve campaign goals.
Work location: Remote, full time employment in Poland
