Ready to own the full lifecycle of player engagement in a fast-moving online gaming environment? We’re looking for a hands-on Campaign Specialist to drive CRM strategy, execute high-performing campaigns, and deliver personalised player experiences that boost retention and lifetime value. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role sits at the heart of the marketing team—blending strategy, execution, and optimisation across the entire player journey. About The Role You’ll take ownership of planning, building, and optimising CRM and lifecycle campaigns across acquisition, onboarding, active play, VIP, churn prevention, and reactivation. Using Fast Track CRM, you’ll deliver targeted, timely, and compliant communications that engage players and drive commercial outcomes. You’ll also oversee campaign creative direction, ensuring every touchpoint is on-brand, data-led, and impactful. Client Description Key Responsibilities Lifecycle Campaign Strategy
- Develop and manage structured lifecycle journeys across the full player funnel
- Continuously optimise campaigns based on performance insights and player behaviour
Retention & Engagement
- Design and execute targeted campaigns to increase player activity, deposit frequency, and long-term value
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement through segmentation and automation
Promotional Campaign Execution
- Plan, build, and deploy all promotional communications including bonuses, tournaments, events, and product launches
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with commercial objectives
Personalisation & Automation
- Leverage segmentation, behavioural triggers, and automation within Fast Track CRM
- Deliver relevant, personalised messaging at scale
Campaign Excellence & Compliance
- Maintain high standards across QA, execution, and creative consistency
- Ensure all communications meet regulatory and compliance requirements
Broader Responsibilities
- Support integrated campaign coordination across CRM, digital, social, and community channels
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications and touchpoints
- Assist with the planning and delivery of promotions, VIP events, and product launches
- Manage the organisation and distribution of branded merchandise to players and stakeholders
Other Requirements
- Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle, or campaign marketing (ideally within gaming, wagering, or a fast-paced digital environment)
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Fast Track highly regarded)
- Strong understanding of segmentation, automation, and player lifecycle strategy
- Commercial mindset with a focus on retention and customer value
- High attention to detail with strong QA and compliance awareness
